HOW DO I RESERVE A BUCK HILL GOLDENS PUPPY? -

• Submit an application, once your application is approved we will contact you within 24-48 hours.

• Review our Sales Agreement and Health Guarantee.

• Once a litter is born we will contact you with availability. If you are interested in claiming a spot we will proceed below as follows. 

​​​• Place a non refundable $250 deposit to secure a spot on the list. Deposit will go towards the final cost of puppy.

• We accept deposits via VENMO or PAYPAL

• Puppy selection is based on the order deposit was received.

• Remaining balance is due on Adoption Day.

• Before picking up your puppy sign Sales Agreement & Health Guarantee.

HOW DOES THE PUPPY SELECTION TAKE PLACE? -

• Puppy selection begins around 6 weeks old.

• The person on the top of the list will make their selection and the person next in line will proceed.

• This is a really tough process we understand, we do our best to help you through it. You can visit the puppies in person, do Facetime sessions with us, watch the daily instagram stories and             we'll also send you pics and videos of your favorite pup.

• We ask that you make your decision within 24 hours, so that others can move forward with their choice.

WHAT IF SOMETHING COMES UP AND I NEED TO MOVE MY DEPOSIT TO ANOTHER LIST? -

• Deposits are non refundable but transferrable.

• We understand life happens and things don't always go the way we plan. In that case we allow a ONE TIME transfer from one litter to             another.

    

WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE? -

• If picking up the puppy in person final payment in cash can be made.

• If the puppy is flying home with a flight nanny, final payment and shipping costs are due two weeks before the pup goes home.

• Payments can be made via cash, venmo or paypal.

DO YOU OFFER A HEALTH GUARANTEE? -

• Yes, we provide a one year health guarantee against any life threatening congenital disease or defects.

DOES THE PUPPIES COME WITH SPAY/NUETER CONTRACTS? -

• Yes we have a strict non breeding policy. All pups sold through us will be sold as "pets only".

• Please don't ask for breeding rights as the answer most certainly will be no.

• By placing a deposit new owners agree to our terms and conditions for the spay/neuter agreement.

• Again puppies are not sold for breeding purposes.

WHAT IF I CANT PICK UP MY PUPPY DURING THE PICKUP TIME? -

• Puppies are ready to go home at 8 weeks. They are ready to begin their new life outside of the litter.

• We do our best to work with different schedules and are very flexible with puppy pick up arrangements.

• If you cannot pick up your puppy after the week of puppy pick up, we offer a puppy boarding program for puppies that need to stay with us past 8 weeks.

• Cost to board your puppy is $50/day for up to 3 weeks.
